About GlobalCert UK
GlobalCert UK operates a comprehensive certification management platform built for certification bodies that work in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015. The platform supports the complete management system certification lifecycle, from the first client enquiry through to certificate issuance, surveillance and public verification, keeping every audit, finding and decision traceable and compliant.
What the Platform Does
The platform manages client organizations, certification applications and contracts, audit programmes and scheduling, audit findings and corrective actions, technical reviews, certification decisions, invoicing, and certificate issuance. Every certificate is issued with a draft control lifecycle, a unique verification URL and a QR code, so any stakeholder can confirm its authenticity on the public verification page at any time. Audit reports follow the same principle: findings, conclusions and signatures are recorded centrally, and published reports can be verified publicly against the exact PDF issued to the client.
Additional modules cover certificate and report template design, ID card issuance, document control, an impartiality register for conflict-of-interest declarations, appeals handling, financial tracking and a full system changelog, giving certification bodies one auditable system of record for their entire operation.
Who It Is For
The platform serves everyone involved in the certification process. Certification body managers use administrative dashboards to monitor compliance status, finances and surveillance schedules for each client organization. Auditors manage their audit assignments, findings and reports. Agencies track the clients they represent, and certified client organizations follow their own audits, findings, certificates and invoices through a dedicated client portal. Members of the public can verify certificates and audit reports without an account.
Who Builds It
The platform is designed, built and maintained by GlobalCert UK, a certification body committed to impartiality, competence and transparency in conformity assessment. Development, configuration and template changes are tracked in a versioned changelog, and impartiality risks are managed through a formal register in line with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021-1.
